In May of 1907, Johann Konrad (this is when his spelling became Conrad) filed his intention to become naturalized in the USA. His birth date is wrong on this document and this indicates that came from Canada to the USA on the Canadian Pacific Railroad. The petition for naturalization has his correct birth date but says the railroad was the Soo Line.
