These are a few images of the Kraft family. The Kraft family is connected on both the Luft and the Tietz side. Jacob Kraft and Rosine (Kraft) Tietz were siblings. Jacob Kraft was married to Amalia [Molly] Luft, a sister to David Luft.

This photograph was taken in 1908 and given to Roger Luft by Christine (Kraft) Kisse in 1983. On the left seated are Samuel Tietz holding Emilie, Rosina (Kraft) Tietz holding Salome, and in front of them is Samuel. Next of Rosina is her father, Daniel Kraft, Karolina (Fruck) Kraft, Christine (Kraft) Kisse, Christian Kraft, Maria (Quaschnik) Kraft, and Daniel Kraft. From left in back are Jacob Kraft, Daniel Kraft, Daniel Kraft, and Sophia Kraft.

This is a portrait of Samuel and Rosina Tietz. Grandpa was always thought to be Samuel Tietz, Sr., but he was at least third in line.

This is a May 1983 photograph taken in Hamburg, Germany, where Christine lived with her son, Oskar Kisse. Christine was 85 years old and couldn't speak English, but communication seemed easy. She was so happy to see someone from the USA. She passed on shortly after that year.

This photograph was taken in May 1983 in Breman, Germany. Elsa spoke very little English, but her husband, Hans Herrmann, spoke English very well.

This portrait was given to Roger Luft by Christine on a visit to her in Hamburg, Germany. She is the youngest sister to Rosina Kraft Tietz.
